Scheme Overview

PM-YUVA (Young, Upcoming and Versatile Authors) is an Author Mentorship programme to train young and aspiring writers (under 30 years) to promote reading, writing, and book culture in the country.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Must be below 30 years of age.
  • Process: Selection through an All-India Contest.

Benefits Provided

A consolidated scholarship of ₹50,000 per month is paid for a period of six months per author. Plus mentorship and book publication opportunities.
